ROAS Refund Conditions:

Refunds are not applicable for services rendered under the ROAS framework. Our commitment to achieving optimal returns on ad spend is underpinned by rigorous analytics, strategic planning, and execution. Therefore, once an ROAS-based service is initiated, refunds will not be provided irrespective of the outcome. Service Completion Refund Conditions:

Refunds for services rendered under the EKSNEKS project, contingent upon completion of work as per specifications and deadlines, are not applicable. We ensure that all projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail, adhering strictly to client-provided specifications and predetermined timelines. In the event that EDGENOVA fulfills its obligations by delivering services in accordance with agreed-upon specifications and deadlines, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances where EDGENOVA fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications or deadlines due to internal reasons beyond our control. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with the determination made at the sole discretion of EDGENOVA.
