What kind of projects do you take on?

How does a project start?
You send a request or a quote through this website, or email us. We reply within one business day with clarifying questions or a written proposal. Nothing is billed until you approve the scope and price.
How do you price work?
Fixed price with milestone invoices, or time-and-materials at a published day rate — you choose. Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed number before work starts.
Do you sign NDAs before I share sensitive information?
Yes. A mutual NDA is available on request before the discovery call, so you can share proprietary details with confidence.
Who owns the code and design assets you produce?
You do. On final payment for a milestone, all custom code, design files and brand assets transfer to you under a written IP-assignment clause in the SOW.
What technologies do you specialise in?

How long does a typical project take?
A discovery + proposal takes 1–2 weeks. A landing site 2–4 weeks. A SaaS MVP 8–14 weeks. A full custom platform 3–6 months. We give a firm timeline in the written proposal.
Do you host what you build?
Yes. We offer managed hosting for WordPress and Next.js on pure NVMe infrastructure with backups, monitoring and CDN. You can also self-host — we set up your cloud and hand it over.
What are your payment methods and terms?
Secure online card payment via our hosted checkout, or bank transfer via Wise Business (EUR / GBP / USD) and SEPA. Default terms are Net 14 on issued invoices, with milestone deposits for larger scopes.
Do you work with EU clients on VAT reverse-charge?
Yes. If you provide a valid EU VAT ID we invoice under Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive with reverse charge. We validate your ID against VIES before issuing the invoice.
What happens after launch — do you offer support?
Yes. Retainers start at a few hours per month for maintenance, incident response and small feature work. We also offer 24/7 on-call for revenue-critical systems.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
For hosting: unused whole months are refunded pro-rata. For projects: unused time or non-started milestones can be refunded on written request. See the Refund Policy for details.
